Who Is It For?
The PAX ELDT Complete Training Program is the perfect solution for companies that want to meet the Entry-Level Driver Training (ELDT) requirements in-house so their drivers can obtain a Class B CDL and/or Passenger Endorsement. How It works

Theory Training
The PAX ELDT Theory courses allow driver-trainees to complete their theory instruction requirements for both their Class B CDL and Passenger Endorsement entirely in the PAX Training Platform. These comprehensive self-lead courses cover all of the required units and make theory instruction easy and consistent. Each course also includes assessments requiring a minimum score of 80% to ensure compliance with ELDT testing and record-keeping requirements.
Behind-The-Wheel Range
Proper range training is critical to driver-trainees learning how to safely control and maneuver their vehicle. It is also when driver-trainees develop the fundamental skills they will need for proper braking, turning, and backing. The PAX Behind-The-Wheel Range Program is designed to give both instructors and their driver-trainees the skills and confidence they need to operate their vehicle safely. In addition to the units required by the ELDT regulations, the PAX Behind-The-Wheel Range Program includes detailed instructions on how to set up and perform exercises and drills that will teach driver-trainees the skills they will need to transition to the road portion of their training.
Behind-The-Wheel Road
The PAX Behind-The-Wheel Road Program includes detailed guidance on how to effectively plan and conduct public road training. In addition to the units required as part of ELDT, the program provides techniques on how to ensure driver-trainees are getting the most out of their on-the-road training. It includes best practices for finding and using safe routes as well as strategies for dealing with traffic, inclement weather, and other real-world challenges that often come up. This helps to ensure that your drivers are receiving comprehensive instruction that covers all of the skills they will need to be safe and successful on the road.
