From a Simple Solution to Industry-Wide Impact
Back in 2015, PAX Training was born out of necessity. Bruce Heinrich, a passionate entrepreneur with years of experience in the luxury transportation industry, developed a training program to meet the unique needs of his own operation. He wanted a proactive approach to ensure his team consistently delivered exceptional service, prioritizing safety while elevating professionalism. This initial chauffeur certification became the foundation for PAX Training, and Bruce began sharing it with a select group of peers and colleagues in the industry who also recognized its value.
In 2016, James Blain joined forces with Bruce, bringing a shared vision for the future of training and a drive to make PAX accessible to operators everywhere. Together, they launched PAX Training to the entire industry, creating the PAX Training Membership. This marked the beginning of a new chapter, as operators of all sizes and specialties gained access to the tools, resources, and training they needed to succeed.
What started as a solution for one operation quickly evolved into something far greater—a comprehensive platform designed to empower businesses across the passenger transport spectrum. From its roots in chauffeured services, PAX Training expanded to serve motorcoach operators, shuttle providers, and more. Over the years, the membership has grown to include additional services and programs tailored to meet the ever-changing needs of its members, with the goal of becoming the single trusted source for all their training needs.
