We are looking for a self-driven and highly motivated individual to join our team as an Inside Sales Representative. In this role, you would be focused on the sale of PAX Training Memberships as well as other training-related products and services. The successful candidate will be responsible for lead generation, cold calling, and follow-up, ensuring a high level of customer engagement and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively generate leads, manage follow-ups, and close sales.
  • Conduct product demos via screen-sharing
  • Maintain a high level of personal presentation.
  • Utilize sales scripts and undergo continuous sales training for effective engagement.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets with a structured commission system.
  • Understand and present ancillary products and services for potential upselling
