Eligibility To be eligible you must be an employee of a ground transportation operator, be over the age of 18, complete the Driving Force Survey and provide adequate information to be contacted. Anyone that does not meet these requirements or is outside of the continental United States is not eligible. Void where prohibited by law.

Agreement to Rules By entering this contest/giveaway you agree to abide by the rules and regulations set forth. We reserve the right to refuse, withdraw, or disqualify entries at our sole discretion. Additionally by entering you agree to accept all decisions made by the Sponsor or Sponsors as final and binding.
Entry Period Entries will be accepted up to and including Friday, September 3rd 2021 at midnight Central Standard Time.
How to Enter
To enter you must complete the Driving Force Survey. Only one submission may be made. Repeat or duplicate submissions, fraudulent methods of entry or circumvention of the rules may result in disqualification of eligibility and/or invalidation of your entries.
Prizes Each winner selected will receive one gift card. The type and size will be determined base on availability and at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. The value of the gift card will be a minimum of $25 and a maximum of $100. The Sponsor reserves the right to change the card type and/or value at anytime.Prizes are non-transferable and will be shipped to the recipient at the provided address. Acceptance of a prize does grants permission to use your entry, name, and likeness for advertising, promotion, and trade without further compensation or remuneration unless prohibited by law. Address and other identifying information will not be used for any purpose other than those stated above without your permission.
Odds Winners will be chosen at random and all entries will have an equal chance of winning.
Selection and Notification of the Winner Winners will be chosen at random by the Sponsor and will be notified by either phone or email. A winner will have 48 hours to claim his or her prize. Prize may be forfeited if he/she doesn’t respond within this time limit.Sponsor, nor any others involved are responsible for or liable for the winner’s failure to receive notification of winning, regardless of the circumstances. In the event a prize is not claimed and at the sole discretion of the Sponsor an unclaimed prize may be reassigned to a new winner or it may be removed from the contest/giveaway and not awarded.
Rights Granted by the Entrant Although submissions will be kept confidential, by entering the contest/giveaway you provide the right to use the information provided in the survey to be used to help improve programs and for research purposes. In the event of a dispute you shall indemnify, defend and hold harmless the Sponsor and others involved.
Terms & Conditions Sponsor and others involved reserve the right to modify, suspend, cancel or terminate this contest/giveaway at any time and for any reason and reserve the right to modify, suspend, cancel or terminate this giveaway in the event that non-authorized human intervention, a bug or virus, fraud, or other causes beyond Sponsor’s control impact or corrupt the security, fairness, proper conduct, or administration of the contest/giveaway. Sponsor also reserve the right to disqualify anyone who violates the terms, as well as seek damages to the fullest extent permitted by law in cases where a participant has caused deliberate damage or undermined the legal operation of the promotion.
Limitation of Liability Participant’s entry into contest/giveaway constitutes his or her agreement to release and hold harmless the Sponsor and its subsidiaries, affiliates, employees, and any other organizations or entities involved, against all claims of liability, illness, injury, death, or loss, that occurs directly or indirectly from participation in the contest or use/misuse of the awarded prize.
Disputes Entrant agrees, as a condition of participating, that disputes will be resolved through a decision by the Sponsor. Furthermore Entrant agrees, as a condition of participating that they waive all rights to suit, trial, court proceedings or any other legal action against the Sponsor or others who may be involved. Entrants waive all rights to punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, and they waive all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.
