Before joining PAX Training, Adam made significant contributions at Bridgestone as Field Sales Manager, where he played a key role in developing a new contract framework that enhanced customer service and operational efficiency. His innovative approach to sales strategy and customer engagement has resulted in notable achievements, including developing customized customer intake processes and pricing structures that have markedly improved business operations and customer satisfaction.
In his new role at PAX Training, Adam will focus on expanding the company’s reach within the passenger transportation industry, fostering membership growth, and exploring new industry verticals, underscoring PAX Training’s commitment to innovation, excellence, and the continuous pursuit of growth.
